1. Environmental Conservation and Preservation
Integrated into our township developments, the Hutan Bandar Mutiara Rini and the upcoming Mutiara Hills Riverpark & Urban Forest epitomises the concept of holistic living amidst nature. With health and wellbeing of the community in mind, these pristine reserves are crafted to feature communal facilities such as playground, campsite, jogging and cycling track and activities such as bird watching, nature walks, and more. These projects provide a natural conduit towards our goal of combating climate change, GHG emission and environmental pollution.
2. Community Outreach and Wellbeing
OUTREACH
As a township developer we involve ourselves in the community, of which we are a part off. We continually undertake CSR initiatives as part of our conviction to uplift the lives of those around us.
WELLBEING
Embracing the holistic living concept, our developments and townships feature parks, lakes and playgrounds for recreational purposes, family bonding and community engagement. These initiatives allow us to care for the wellbeing of the community, who in turn partners with us to care for the wellbeing of the environment in which they live and play.


3. Green Building and Township
A key aspect of our sustainability ambitions lie in our efforts to build green buildings and townships. The design and planning of, are aimed to work towards a net zero future by saving water, energy and reducing carbon emissions, as showcased in our many projects. Mutiara Hills has been certified as a GreenRE project, a high performance township which is energy, water and resource efficient. Bousteador is rated as Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Grade A, achieving and incorporating environmental-friendly features. Our mall, the Curve features EV charging station and ticketless parking system.
4. Ethics and Integrity
Our pledge of sustainability can only be best served when they permeate all levels of our business. To this end, we adopt the core values of ethics, integrity and transparency, presenting to our stakeholders a positive and trustworthy organisation.

The most essential aspect in our sustainability agenda is our people.
