Mutiara Hills has been certified as a GreenRE project, a high performance township which is energy, water and resource efficient. Bousteador is rated as Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Grade A, achieving and incorporating environmental-friendly features. Our mall, the Curve features EV charging station and ticketless parking system.
